Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes up to 6 business days after processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. From time to time, Trapwoodz Shop may offer free shipping promotions on orders that meet certain minimum purchase thresholds.

Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged Items)
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (for damaged items)

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds Policy (No Returns)

All sales are final.

Trapwoodz Shop maintains a strict no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds policy. Under California law, businesses are not required to accept returns unless they explicitly state otherwise. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Customer preference

Limited Exceptions

Exceptions may only be considered in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived significantly damaged

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to approval. If approved, Trapwoodz Shop may offer a replacement or alternative resolution at its discretion.
